The beautiful plot by Lake Lucerne boasts views of two different landscapes: towards the east, the fascinating panorama of the lake and mountains, and to the west, the rolling hills. The placement of the building, with its double elbow, refers to its orientation towards the landscape and the line of the neighbouring building to the south. This creates various exterior spaces to which the building refers. In the east, the client can enjoy a spacious garden with a pool and a view of the lake and the mountains, while to the west, there is an attractive garden courtyard to enjoy the evening sun. On the upper level, the office space adjoins with a projecting terrace affording an all-round view and a southern aspect.
